ECE has taken over the management of the Hallen am Borsigturm shopping complex, which first opened its doors in 1999. One of the particularly attractive features of the center is its unique architectural design; in line with the plans drawn up by architects Claude Vasconi and Dagmar Groß, the complex is integrated in the historic locomotive construction halls of the former Borsigwerke company.
Sales area
around 45,000 sqm as well as roughly 15,000 sqm of office spaces, a hotel with an area of around 7,500 sqm and a further 5,000 sqm housing a cinema.
Shops
The shopping center has more than 115 shops, cafés, restaurants and service outlets. The tenants include Media Markt, Rewe, H&M, Strauss Innovation, Esprit, TK Maxx and Intersport Voswinkel.
