Success against the trend

Our visitors value the extra-special flair of ECE shopping centers: an average of 30,000 visitors per center enjoy the vibrant marketplace atmosphere every day, all in all around two Million a day. This is also what underpins the success of ECE centers against the trend - while the German retail sector overall has mostly stagnated or recorded a downturn in sales in recent years, our retail partners in the ECE centers have partly achieved substantial growth in sales revenues. In the other European Countries many of our retail partners registred even a double digit growth in sales revenues.
