Start of Construction
The construction works for the shopping center Árkád II in Budapest have started in October, 2011.
Opening
The Árkád II shopping center will open in spring 2013. Afterwards, modernization works will follow in Árkád I. Overall completion is scheduled for fall 2013.
Leasable Area
The total leasable area of both buildings will be 68,000 sqm.
