Full occupancy achieved for Campus Hamburg office building

Full leasing for the Campus Hamburg office building: ECE Work & Live has leased the last available space in the ultra-modern office property it developed and realized in Hamburg's Barmbek district to the REESE Group on a long-term basis. The engineering services company is moving in with around 110 employees in an area of around 2,400 m². The building, which will be completed in the fall of 2022, is thus fully leased.

A large part of the total area of 26,000 m² had already been leased to group companies of the French Société Générale Group, Hanseatic Bank, Bank Deutsches Kraftfahrzeuggewerbe and Société Générale Insurance, before construction began. Other tenants include elevator specialist Schindler and IT group Fujitsu. The property is owned by HIH Invest Real Estate, which secured the property at an early stage.

Campus Hamburg offers state-of-the-art offices and is optimally designed for the work of the future - with flexible floor plans and a modular building structure, a variable combination of open office areas as well as combined or individual offices, landscaped courtyards and roof terraces, a shared conference center and a cafeteria. The building was planned and implemented by ECE with a consistent focus on sustainability and was therefore awarded the DGNB certificate in gold.
